if yes then try unlock there

DID U TRY TO ROOT IT WITH SRSROOT OR VROOT

AFTER THAT CONNECT POWER OFF PHONE AND SELECT OT-6010 AND CLICK READ CODES

TRY IT AND POST RESULT
