There is some BUG in SPD Android Operation of latest version 2.5.0/2.5.1 of volcano.

Try to use lower versions like Volcano Tool 2.4.7/2.4.3/2.3.9/2.3.8 etc

So brother wait for upcoming Update ...
Because at the moment flash chip not support in volcano ..
If you can Unlock it ..you should try factory flasher with firmware. .
At your own risk .....

try to Fast boot if your phone go to Fast boot then Do Wipe With Android tool

Read Flash Backup First,
then you can try formatting on your own risk.

(Sometimes even after "Flash Analysis Fail"
handset gets succesfully formatted and gets powered ON)

phone can not formate becoz it stop processing when try to formate

sir my problem solved with aladin key only user data hv to formate thats it plz add this option in my loving box volcano
