Help i want to reset gmail on this SAMSUNG NOTE 3 copy. its SPRD chip, im getting this error

if usb debugging enabled

try to root ang wipe all using volcano android tool tab!

connect power on phone

then click, is adb mode? some information shows if your unit is debug enable

on my phone ADB is off, also the link you posted looks like your phone is MTK Android, ,

This process works for both spd and mtk phones provided your usb debugging menu is switched on before the phone became locked. The process you followed in your initial post that give you the result FLASH ANALYSIS FAIL mean your phone is not supported by Volcano presently so do not format your phone with Volcano. This is a forceful way of removing google lock or gmail lock from phones (spd and mtk) with Volcano when usb debugging is off.

And in case of SPD Android Phone, Read Info First.
If it gives message - "Analysis Flash internal data Successfully"
then you can do format without any risk.

If it gives message - "Analysis Flash internal data fail"
then its risky to format the phone (If still you want to format, Do format on your risk.)

Format only if you have working backup or firmware available at your collection.

We recommend..dont do format. If dead, flashing is the only solution.
