BOX_60889: Invalid device information. error: 769 windows 7 ultimate 32 and 64 bits

companions 'm trying to install a box in nootbook with windows 7 ultimate 64 bit to 5 days researching and reading much more success not got already tried more than 8 procedures delete record, trying to install these latest versions of the volcano box and BOX_60889 this error : Invalid device information . error: 769 as much as I try to change the various prolific drivers , lower the door, disable forced driver signing , and even Type " regedit " and click OK
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER More
Then Software
Then go to volcano_tool
Then click the right button on it and select " Expand "
There will be one or more volcano_tool folder , right click on it and delete it


everything I try is invao , and other pc with win 7 32 bit was leading us to believe it may be the driver if someone has a solution to use the same in win 7 64 bit will be very grateful ...


detail in the old version works as usual ... ( V2.1.7 ) and the updates of this error in the image al ...
and also tried replacing the license files that old to new without any success ...
