Friend thank you for trying to help me, however I gave up, I never saw anything so hard, I'm several days without sleep and tried solution ñ got, let my 2 Box Volcano aside, I have to follow my life, I already have 53 years can not get sick by reason of this tool that bringing me disorders.

The problem is you dont follow our advises so really not easy to help you...

Just make this test :

Try to make Ping to :

ping 203.124.13.159

When you post feedback kindly always post your Box SN


And post reports with screen shot... No need ANY OTHER THING.

Everything ok friend, already came in laboratory technician Company Net and even tested everything! and his report was 100%, I have other computers in my home q is 20km, another network that tb everything is ok tested by technical Net, all ok my other box works 100% connected to the net, the desamino knocked on my person who knows one day volcano running again.

about Volcano is not solved the problem! is that I tried in every way, I sought professional in You to check my Micros, called technicians Net to test my system and everything is working 100%, if the defect is not here nor there, I gave up Gead Volcano, my health was weak this week, taking advice from friends that i have, he told me to forget that I ok, I see the suffering of other people and it makes me sad!

Pinging is a command which tells you if the connection between your computer and a particular domain is working correctly.

In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. This will give you a window like the one below.

Enter the word ping, 203.124.13.159
