cannot detect my VOLCANO BOX




i cannot connect my box even i install all driver and all version of volcano tools
kindly help me.

i also do this sir i also change usb cable and port and also format my pc. i have 3 pc all are same problem

its two years old now my volcano
out warranty.
i thinks its hardware problem.
i connect a shorted china phone after that always not detected my volcano box.

go to your nearest friend or shop which should have volcano box along your box 1st verify his box is working fine then plug your box that it will be confirmed this is your computer/installation fault or your box.... or do all thing with another pc.

first uninstall PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.8.19 this driver
2nd restart computer
3rd again install PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller_v1.8.19 this driver

its hardware problem , we think so
but we sent some faulty box to factory
hope soon will be solution for such boxes
if you can not wait for solution then better buy new box

up this thread . even in other computer of my co technecian its not working also. what parts i should change here?
