You cannot change samsung imei . This is for mtk .china mobiles brother

Switch on your phone . Check device manager that does it create new com port .if ys .use normal imei write tool from mtk section .

hi this is android you cant use comport for changing imei in write imei tab you can only use by this procedure

HELLO FELLOW YOU DONT NEED TO CHANGE IMEI IF IT KEEP ON FAILED,I CASE YOU VE FAILED FINDING A SOLUTION TAKE THIS ONE.which android version are using on your I8190?OK the 2.3.3 VERSION,the 4.1 ?
so now only take this file and flash it with the factory flasher or if you want with the volcano flasher and your problem will be resolve:
