sir this is my ping report
my box activation no is 000-074-876
sn is 000-003-894
my reseller name baba cable
sir my box only run in version 2.1.9, and any other higher version not work. a am trying many update but problem not solve. i am trying 2.4.4 box shows cant conect to volcano server. sir please any solution. sir i am trying your 4 solution invaild license data. but problem still. sir any solution please

any body knows how can solve this problem, i am trying all old tricks but problem not solve. i am trying other computer but problem still. product manager please help me.

try off firewall, restart pc..then do it again, if can't try it tomorrow..

try install vpn software then try
if still same then try with other internet

(2) setup it (3) connect hotspot (4) open VolcanoTool_v2.2.............& try open first. to last version one by one
i wish you problem solved ........

internet connection must be needed !!
