I'm a new user of volcano box

I wanna know way i cant read Factory rom of this phone but i can read full dump '.bin' ?

Hello,
Make read Factory File except userdata or cache ..
Yes you can make backup as a Full Dump [Bin Format] with using Read Flash

I've already read full DUMP 'BIN format' and it works;

but same error when i try to read factory rom even I unchecked "Include data/cache"
