Please Clean all your old SPD Drivers...with DC-Uninstall or CCleaner.
And Install Fresh SPD drivers from Volcano Tool 2.5.0 Folder.

Did You Select Another Baud rate ? If Yes then you Selected Wrong Boot
Make A Sure Which Is Chip Number , Then Select Right Boot ...

bro just tell me which driver i uninstall and also tell me which driver i install from 2.5.0 folder.
now tell me how i uninstall the driver, i m very ney user with ccleaner
i go to ccleaner and see this is like control planet. then select the driver and uninstall thats all. am i wright?

bro i have no sonorok & yahoo masenger only i have tm viewer
i also facing a problem that i cant open volcano fulinstaller setup 2.5.0. actually .7z format file cant open
