Inside The Tab Rom Dont Have Root
So Do Root With Any Software Then Do Wipe
If Your Tablet Is Hang On Logo , So Better Find Rom & Flash
Because Without Root You Cant Wipe .

for many tab for wipe you did not need root the tab ,

just try wipe the tab without root

Try to root & wipe data 1st..

If not done...you should try to wipe all in recovery mode ..
Or wipe all in fastboot mode...if fastboot have...!!

Try it & post result....

You Must Be Need Root , Because Your Tablet Not Rooted Rom
If Your Tablet Rom Is Rooted < Then No Need Root
You Can Check Is Rooted Or Rooted Rom Using Is Root Option Of Android Tools
& If Your This Tablet Is Hang On Logo Do Flash . Because You Already Get Error On Wipe

This tab dont have shell script in system partition,you cannot root it with any tool as i know.
Only way find original file and tool and flash your tab.
I try to add shell script in tab manual,but i did not get success,cause of permission,because for changing permission still need shell.
But we can try something contact me on sonork for this.
