may nagawa ako usb pang 5310 lang and dapat hold u ang up and down botton bago salpak ang usb bago sya ma detect

Why not press the power button + volume down for 20 seconds and wipe...

some cloudfone 350e dont have recovery mode to wipe to factory settings,
