How to Reset..see here >>>
--------------------------------------------

First Method -

Power ON your phone..and connect it to usb cable.
Check in device manager, if its showing Android Phone or not.

if showing, then usb debugging is enabled,

Do this now -

*Open volcano android tool
*Go to adb mode tab
*Root your device first (Tick "ADB Root" & press start)
*If you dont want to lose data then (Tick "Reset gmail" & press start)
*Otherwise(Tick "Wipe_All" & press start)
*After mobile restarted.. "Unroot" your device.

Check your Device Now.

Second Method -

if usb debugging not enabled
then do with usb method

Do Read Info First.

If it gives message - "Analysis Flash internal data Successfully"
then you can do format without any risk.

If it gives message - "Analysis Flash internal data fail"
then its risky to format the phone (Do format on your risk.)

How to Format..See here -

*Remove phone from USB Cable.
*Format your device (Tick "Format" & press start)
*Power OFF phone, insert battery and then insert usb cable.
(If not detected, press volume up/volume down while inserting usb cable)
*Handset will get formatted...check now

Format only if you have working backup or firmware available at your collection.
