Read full backup of this phone....on file folder took out USER DATA file to other folder and keep safe......Put another same cpu type USER DATA file(better if USER DATA file is same size original and not bigger than that) And flash the phone with modified files.Post result

Check your phone BASE BAND is ok or UNKNOWN.

If its UNKNOWN than restore NV BACKUP/SECURITY BACKUP

If BASE BAND is ok than just repair imei with MERAPI Tool
