Your problem is here - MediaTek USB Port (COM119).

It should connect as PreLoader USB VCOM Port (COMxx)

Most possible that this device is wit signed Boot...if secure boot than,Not Any other way but,Must Need Factory DA nd auth file to remove FRp from it...!!
