Elephone P8000 can not read\reset password\pin lock

I have one Elephone P8000, based on MTK 6735.

Phone ask for numeric password\pin when booted, but when i try to reset pin or password lock software say me that can not find any lock data.

Any idea or way to remove pin\password without lost user data?

I have tried to boot normally phone, but now stuck on logo ELE. Before making any operation i have maked a full flash read. Now, if i try to restore full flash, software need about 3 days to complete it, and phone continue to stuck on logo ELE.

Any idea to restore user data? It's possible to extract it from full flash readed bin?

then flash just system userdata

I have solved problem of restore whole flash. Now phone working, but remains problem of pin.

In what way i can remove it without lost user data?
