Failed to open port Error on MTK Chipset - GSM-Forum

Sir When I connect And MTK Phone to USB it Gives me Failed to open port error.Even feature phone not connecting.but other box like GPGdragon connect feature phone perfectly.i also format my system but it gives me same error.

Code:

  Version: V3.8
  SN:811-909-192
  Port:COM8
  After format or Flash you have to press & hold power button for at least 1.30 mins.
  Note for win7 users :
  Start your Win 7 64bit with F8 key and choose 'Disable Driver Signature Enforcement'.
  After that the spd drivers will have the ability to be loaded.
  Available Ports:COM8 
  Current Port:COM8
  Analysis of USB port,Please insert phone USB cable.
  Failed to open port.
  Analysis of USB port,Please insert phone USB cable.
  Failed to open port.
  Analysis of USB port,Please insert phone USB cable.
  Failed to open port.

but when i connect it to USB 3.0 port it work perfectly

Which Version Your Used ?? Latest Version 3.0.2 Have a Little Bug With MTK Chips .. Try Old Versions Like 3.0 or Above and Post Results With Screenshot

In Mobile and PC
