Phone does not start to flash

Phone now:
Can enter recovery / fastboot / normal boot looks like this:
Pushing the button just restarts the phone. Donno chinese but google translate says it`s something about userdata... tried Frp but same thing, just hangs

Do you support flashing using .auth ?

Where can I find the .auth file ? Downloaded 4-5 firmwares and no .auth files in them.
