Unlocking of Huawei Modems from Zong, Telenor, Mobilink include latest firmware **1456 without TEST POINT ? Without Dissemble ? Without open ?

I have black volcano and I buy the activation inferno 1 year for volcano box from All Spares Order #3287929 but inferno MTK_VOL or SPD_Vol can't run, it's the message: Read Volcano data failed, the program is terminated. How I do?
