This Cpu Huwaei Modem NOt Supported Format With Volcano Box.
If You Want Unlock Used This Mathed.

If phone ask for code when NON SIM is inserted then, Just calc code in input into modem.

i think dongle formatting is not possible. u can only unlock it. are u saying that pc does not detect dongle as a plugged in device????
