help for a290

i have a Q mobile A 290 having problem stuck on noire
so i format via volcano but after restart same problem
now i try to read file it is give error or not i dont know it is
my first andriod to read file

You Need To Put A 4GB memory Card in to Phone Befor Read Flash !!
