Help HTC X920e MTK Help

HTC X920e hang on android logo try to read flash from different phone so will flash it back to the hang one but i got this error after read flash but later i got the and the size is 3.60GB but cant flash always got this error

have problem on your read file

please read it on android tool
if still problem then please read file on factory format file

read done with android tool but still cant flash am getting same error

Where is Volcano screen dump with error logs ..?
Can you get Factory format file using Volcano Android tool .?
