NB:usb debugg are not being actived by *******r

format will be risky
so only solution is write factory file on it

Only solution with wipe data in ADB Mode ...
Otherwise you need to write Factory File on it ..

do not format 7710 ..its will be damage your mobile.may be it will stuck on logo after format.

If you have Fectory Firmware then write it.
