Check in device manager, if its showing Android Phone or not. if showing, then usb debugging is enabled, Do this now - *Open volcano android tool *Go to adb mode tab *Root your device first (Tick "ADB Root" & press start) *If you dont want to lose data then (Tick "Reset gmail" & press start) *Otherwise(Tick "Wipe_All" & press start) *After mobile restarted.. "Unroot" your device. Check your Device Now. Second Method - if usb debugging not enabled then do with usb method Do Read Info First. (Do format on your risk.) How to Format..See here - *Remove phone from USB Cable. *Format your device (Tick "Format" & press start) *Power OFF phone, insert battery and then insert usb cable. (If not detected, press volume up/volume down while inserting usb cable) *Handset will get formatted...check now Format only if you have working backup or firmware available at your collection. bR.
