if your cable is good, then you can measure the voltage output if enough connect your positive and negative line to a multimeter then on spd tab click on RUN, see if the multimeter show up voltage at least up to 5v. fluctuation. if then something on your box. but check cable 1st or your phone must not at dead condition. | |
