This mean your box didn't find vcc and gnd, check your main cable negative and positive line.

if your cable is good, then you can measure the voltage output if enough

connect your positive and negative line to a multimeter then on spd tab click on RUN, see if the multimeter show up voltage at least up to 5v. fluctuation.

if then something on your box.

but check cable 1st or your phone must not at dead condition.

sir As per your instruction no any voltage in cable and I also use another cable from UCT BOX but result is same I think it is box issue kindly help me

MY BOX can't Deliver Negative Supply I open the box and check Positive voltage are shown in +ve leg from cable and mother board but not -ve not show kindly help
