If you can enter in fast boot mode then you can remove in adb > fast boot mode tab >wipe all ,

If Your Phone Going to Factory Test Mode By Pressing Volume up and Power Key ?

1.wrong boot selected or this chip is not supported.
2.modem or user data area damaged.

you need to flash it with .pac file.
