Try with anathon firmware..
Next Check hardware ..
Also change LCD & check ..

This model is in two version ,V1 and v2 first see on sticker under battery what version is written ,or take info by mirapi or volcano and search good file having same cpu and same flash id as log is showing .

If your phone is stucked in Qmobile logo then it will be repaired in hardware section (touch or emmc) and if you are talking about NOIR Logo then flash it with good file, already posted in thread.

Upgrade your A8 by good working file ,you can get file from needrom.com .
