Hello, volcano team,
China SunyEricsscn X701 (CPU SPD6600H) without sim work normal.
with sim after enter pin code illegal use, power off.
Reading codes OK with volcano:

simple
1=power on mobile phone w/out sim card
2=Go to setting and restore factory setting

3=illegal use will gone

i already tried factory setting before posting and your solution not helped.

in phone security setting menu not have "Theftproof Lock" and "guard lock".
Only PIN, PIN2, Privacy protect, Auto Key, Power on pwd and all deactivated.
