How to fix this issue [ Answered ] - GSM-Forum

i got huawei Y220-U10 ,,,was on SEC CODE ,,,have done FORMAT ,,,the hang on logo ,,,then write flash file through FLAH TOOL ,,,becomes dead ,,,,know trying to flash with MERAPI TOOL ,,,gives this error ,,,

anybody knows how to fix this issue ? and comes back in live mode ,,,
