selest 6600d near run button, sold all wires on pcb points and click run button, and post here screen shot.

yes you can use any8 pin rj45 cable to find rx,tx if not sucess then buy 1 single cable of nspro and use it working 100% i am using

any rj45 cable you can use any pin of the cable you can connect via pcb , its universal port so no need to worry

it will auto detect pinouts, no matter what cable you use.
