How to format spd 6820 with volcano - GSM-Forum

Hi
Before volcano utility i could format spd 6820 to reset gmail account.but now
When i try,software ask for flash file i havent flash file and phone is not in Adb mode.how to format now!sorry for m'y bad english

Any model i try same result

first back up flash file then read info then format attach ur back up flash file when ask flash file and done

Back up flash file CAN tale an hour or is there another Wayne to back up flash quikly?
