Read Flash backup MTK path

Today i read flash from phone mtk, but the software doesnīt ask me the path where i want to save the file as before, it just finished reading without asking and cant find where does it save it, using version : 2.3.8

Detection initiated, connect the phone and power on it...
Vcc: null
Gnd: 20
RX: 22, TX: 23

Connecting...
Hardware version:8A03
Software version:8A00
CPU TYPE:6236
Internal version:0000
Boot downloading complete!
Flash ID: 00AD00B1
Flash Type: NAND_HYD0SQG0MF1P
Chip Capacity: 0x8000000(128MB)
Baud adjust...complete.
Flash reading complete!

Why is not asking me the path to save it as before? or where it is saving it automatically?

Today i used Volcano v.2.4.0 to read SPD phone flash and at the end it does asked me the path where to save it, good; but when i checked Volcano folder the file was also saved there automatically as temp6.bin. that should be a problem for the hard disk cuz will get full, so that file temp6 should not save automatically there. any idea to fix it?

i didnīt mean itīs a problem with the pc or harddisk, i mean that if the backup get saved also automatically in Harddisk C that file will occupy space there without the user know it. The only file should be saved itīs the one we choose the path to save it, not both.
