How to Make Volcano Identify Spd Android Phone.?

I start using volcano not more than 3 month, flash, format and unlock many Chinese phones with it including some Chinese spd CPU's, Chinese mtk & Chinese android mtk CPU's but i have never try Chinese android spd CPU's.

yesterday i try to Format "spd sc6820 android CPU" by following many tutorials given online including the one given by @Umlesh Gabi & Azim-Bahar(http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/9924439-post72.html) but not working for as a result that volcano cant seem to detect the phone.

firstly i try to make the volcano detect the phone like below screen shot:



then secondly i boot the phone in download mode by holding "volume down + power key" and connect the cable in the screen shot below from the phone to pc.


but still volcano didn't detect it but windows show me this error like in the screen shot below:


The Volcano am Using is version 2.4.6, when i shows me the error above i think it may be drivers issue though i have already install all the drivers in C:/Volcano Box/Driver folder, i check again and reinstall all the spd drivers there including those of android and restart the pc, then i try to detect the pc again but the same problem; volcano cant detect the phone and windows shows the above error.

Do i need another cable other than the one below in the screen shot and the two given in the screen shot above?



Note:
1) am using windows 7 ultimate 32bit with,
2) volcano 2.4.6 and,
3) android spd sc6820 cpu.

just need your help as this process spoil my whole day and cant figure it out.

usb not recognized is a driver problem
try magic cable

then where can i get the link to download the driver that will work in my windows 7 x86...?

as i have already try all the ones in volcano folder but still the same thing.

Can this problem be that some mtk and spd phones didn't support flashing with nokia connectivity cable.....? Because I try Samsung S4 Mtk android also but still get the problem below:

even though the phone is working fine.

But I try one Iphone 5s Android spd (using the cable that the phone came with, cause its not the same cable with nokia connectivity cable), the phone drivers installed and appear in device manager, and the phone was rooted and wiped successfuly.

What do you think may be the problem...?
Driver.....?
Connectivity Cable....? Or
Windows 7 x86 ultimate....?

Note:
I try 2-3 nokia connectivity cable except that I didn't try the connectivity cable that those phones came with as I don't have them with me.

as above info it show that your usb cable is not working good , bec it did not make good connectivity between phone and pc

try change cable and use good quality usb cable

Hope you are right because I even install windows xp and connect the phone using tecno connectivity cable but still the same....

But one thing that will make me dought what you say is that I even use 2 nokia connectivity cable that am using in flashing nokia phones. But still getting the same error.

USB device not recognized ,mean not good connectivity between phone and PC
It's only came for two problem bad USB cable or damage phone jack
Now please check both
