How to read backup flash from SPD6820

Hi I have Forcebook Ultraphone 40 based on SPD6820 and can't find original firmware in .pac format

Code:
  Internal version: SPRD3
  Boot downloaded.
Start boot please wait a moment....
  Spreadtrum Boot Block version 1.1
  Boot downloaded.
  Flash ID: 009800BC90667600
  Flash Type:[TOSHIBA] TYBC0A111236KC10
  FLASH LEN:0x20000000
  mtdparts=sprd-nand:256k(spl),512k(2ndbl),256k(params),512k(vmjaluna),10m(modem),3840k(fixnv),3840k(backupfixnv),5120k(dsp),3840k(runtimenv),10m(boot),10m(recovery),220m(system),170m(userdata),60m(cache),256k(misc),1m(boot_logo),1m(fastboot_logo),3840k(productinfo),512k(kpanic)
  Analysis flash internal data successfully.
Have one working and one non working phone. What is procedure to copy flash from one to the other? Tried to Read flash in .bin format, but I get this when flashin non working phone:

Code:
  Internal version: SPRD3
  Boot downloaded.
Start boot please wait a moment....
  Spreadtrum Boot Block version 1.1
  Boot downloaded.
  Flash ID: 009800BC90667600
  Flash Type:[TOSHIBA] TYBC0A111236KC10
  Flash writing recovery...100%
Ready to read/write again, please remove the power supply clip or battery and then re-loaded it.
Is there a way to convert this flash from .bin to .pac or to make a backup in .pac format?

Thanks!
