Member: 557473 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1627500 Thanks Meter: 2,284 | Because there are some temporary system files which were needed by the software to extract factory files from a phone's firmware. So, If there is inbuilt memory in handset, then no need of external memory card. first of all software creates that temporary files on inbuilt memory, and if inbuilt memory unavailable, then in that case, memory card is needed. bR.
