How to remove pattern lock on spd 6820?

i use spd infreno 0.92. soft cant detect phone. irs chineese clone of samsung. pls describe how to connect phone with software and what driver its need. and in what mode must be phone?

No Need any Special drivers , Run Inferno Operation & Connect Phone With Boot Key ( Volume Down )

I try with volume +, -, both holded and still nothing in device manager are detected 2 ports. software not see phone.

Volcano tool 3.0.9 always give error at adress 0x0732fb0b memory cannot be writen. I cant read info or flash on it. But it detects the phone.

Also Always To Use latest inferno Tool Setup No More Help For Old Volcano Exe .

I have the same experience too, inferno spd tool cannot detect spd phone and the same pc where i use another tool to run spd phones with another software box. What is happeing Volcano team, is it because it is still BETA software? Please check this now.
