how solve error cannot connect to server

i have volcano box, yesterday work good, but today it error:

cannot connct too server, check whether the network is available, or use a proxy server.

i was try:
1.ping to server 203.124.13.59 via cmd menu on windows.

it work good,.

2.make bypass dns with sumrando apps.

All not work.

All not work.

If one time you have run your box now reg key is created in your system , now if login fail you can connect box in offline mode .Disable internet while connecting box hope it will work .This is temporary solution we are working soon server will be fix every thing will be fine.
