For nokia 215 it is better you use any nokia device .

In version 3.0.2 bugs for mtk 6260, 625A... Use 3.0.4 but not sure nokia 215 supported or not...

...already succesfully format Nokia RM-1011, use Nokia 108 USB Flash Driver, select boot 11, tick format and insert usb cable, nokia model selection will pop up, choose which model yuo want to format.....phone reset to factory settings.

Do (Flash File Backup)
Then;
1- Select Boot (11th)
2- Select Action (Format)
3- Select USB (Connectivity)
4- Hit (RUN)

Model Name - nokia 215 (Rm- 1110)
I think volcano not support MTK 6260 Cpu Upto 3MB flash file

(Sorry I mention Wrong Rm-1011, actually its Rm- 1110)

volcano fully support mtk 6260 cpu in all range but not for nokia .

only 4 models have limited support (read flash and format ) writing option is not available at this movement .

model like 215 is not supported and risk to format . because of nokia security system . you know after format mostly set lost their imei . and need to repair it but in nokia phones its not possible to repair .

so better to use nokia device that support fully mtk phones . :
