Before unlocking your phone must be rooted and enable usb debuing mode on in settings.
Click on samsung module and select model and tick the option of adb unlock and finally select run.Finally u r S3 will be unlocked Thanks to Volcano Team.

adb unlock over rj45? give me break.

adb = Android Debug Bridge

always need usb and androids usb device to do any task.
always need usb debugging tick on phone enable.
