or

Test it on another PC

yes red buton is not pressed and red light is still off.

its come by shorting in box.....

mean usb point short

I have same problem with z3x box...

when i plug z3x ,....it show power surge on hub port..

then i change box...

disable antivirus from your pc and then try and also try on another pc

Connect to your reseller and say him too sent on warranty , if any problem then connect to Faisal_computer
