how to write flash file in spd 6531 dual ic

i have set g five L 228 in privacy code condition.
set have spd 6531 dual ic chip .
in info its shows 4 mb size .
then i change it to 8mb and make backup.
i tried to read password but not found it

then i select backup file and format it but set become dead

When i try to restore backup . its hang on 0 % .
how i can write back up and revive it ?

I also check it on auto flash size . 8mb flash size . and 4 mb flash size but same

Try using another baud rate ' If same your file is corrupted
Do backup with latest version Then do write
