htc desire 616 dual sim phone stuck in htc logo, after flashing to sp tool but still same condition

Load factory file into Inferno tool and make sure USERDATA is also check for flashed,Flash device without use any upgrade or format function,If userdata file is not exist than after flash use WIPE DATA|CACHE function and check.Post result

If you sure about File and software side than check HW side.Might be it water damage.Nothing left from SW side
