Hello greetings I need your help, I have the volcano network and I can not activate it, when I connect it gives me an error and tells me to check the connection and check the server and everything is fine but not activated, I need to use it as it is the best tool I have, please help me, thank you

same problem as many users face including myself sometime ago... download volcano full installer latest version from support and I think its 2.50 and install it, download volcano yellowstone latest version from support and extract it to installation folder u installed volcano full installer, then download volcano main module and extract it to same installation folder, if u have merapi activated then extract it to same folder... always use latest version from support.. hope this will save u, dont forget to bring feedbacks.. next time post with screenshot
