how to solved this problem.one person solved this problem frome oneman provided softwwere.but i am always see error mobile not found.now br faisal close this thred.pls guide me step by step.

Use latest ver 2.1.9 do format before format must verify for safe format.

brother its came on spd chip ,try on spd tab and please do format at your own risk
and if any problem then post screenshot with it

this phone can not hardreset ,so must get permission to *******r about result

tick format
select boot 6820
run
don't worry about phone flash file
this phone is same micromax a27
