First Method -

Power ON your phone..and connect it to usb cable.
Check in device manager, if its showing Android Phone or not.

if showing, then usb debugging is enabled,

Do this now -

*Open volcano android tool
*Go to adb mode tab
*Root your device first (Tick "ADB Root" & press start)
*If you dont want to lose data then (Tick "Reset gmail" & press start)
*Otherwise(Tick "Wipe_All" & press start)
*After mobile restarted.. "Unroot" your device.

Check your Device Now.

ALSO

Before Formatting, Make Sure you have Factory Firmware.

If you have Firmware, then only format with Volcano.
