i9500 spd problem

after format phone just hangs on logo. volcano cannot write backup. please advice.

screen
this is not an s4 mini after flashing with the above file, now screen is white and black no more samsung logo. any ideas and have a nice day.

No luck
found flash for S9-MB-V1.2-20130619 and after flashing S70-DHD-E39-1SIM-GSL1688-mxc622x-256M-PT-V1.1.pac phone is powered on with inverted screen and touch not working. any more ideas and have a nice day.
