Hi ...

Can you try this way ....?

On first phone usb debug ...
Connect usb cable with on condition direct to PC ...
Go to Android tool ADB Mode & Do Root the Phone ..
If get any error tRyan to VRoot apps to Root the Phone ...
After Root Now go to usb mode in Android tool ..
Phone still connect to PC in Power On Condition ..
Now fill the IMEI box ..
Select Cpu type to spd 6820 ..
Select Mode 2 or Mode 3 ..
Now Do Run to rebuild IMEI ..

Many time tested this way...
Try this way & Post result ...
