Somebody tell me .. if i can recover Pictures from a formatted phone (Samsung SM-G610F 6.0.1) ... i had to root it first and then start recovering it ... i dont want to root the phone but if Picture Data is for sure recovered ...

Without root you can't recover anything

With root you can try to recover with Inferno Data Pro
