Tell me problem in your handset or you just want to save it's backup for future use ?

Also make a try on select USB backup (full) instead USB backup

Make a try on USB backup (full) and post result

if same then read it's bin file after finish you can Split it's factory file from bin

Use split flash file option from Backup factory file tab
