Inferno uni tool for volcano box error [ANSWERED]

Read Softdog data failed, the program is terminated

my volcano box working well with 3.09 and merapi too
but i unable too use any inferno mtk, spd or ui tool

i have download volcano box version uni tool from volcano index
but problen still apear

Your Volcano Box New Security Firmware damaged & Cannot Fixed , So you Need to Buy New Box or Inferno Key for Use Inferno

Note : Merapi & Volcano OLD Security & Its will work On it

i updated box sucessfull, NOT any error or update problem

if box firmware updatated sucess then how can damage??
may be ur update firmware is faulty?
plz dont cheat us i dont wanna buy another 1.

if sum peaple have face update failed issue but now they recover there box
but i update sucessfully
plz gonna repair anythru.

Update Failed Error 002 & " Read Volcano Data Failed " was Different Problems !! Don't Confused Both !!

after successfully update the box how new security becomes damage and old security not damage....we need solution...why again buy another box....

I bought the box just last month and update as per manual it was good
but now MTK, SPD and Inferno Uni Tool are not working
